Here is a quick update about me starting Audio Post Production at Fanshawe College in September. I have been waking up at 4am every morning so I can have enough time to study without interruption from the kiddos… For those who follow me on DonaldWaugh.com, I must apologize for my radio silence. That will change going forward. 

With that said, here is what’s happening. It’s been quite a journey so far, I have been readying a lot and composing music a whole lot. I can’t wait to let you guys hear. In term of what I will be learning for September will be immersive mixing (Dolby Atmos), recording Foley and creating sound effects for films and TV shows, implementing interactive music for video games and scoring for film and TV. 

I will still be doing live performances but my focus is transitioning to working more in the studio. As I learn more I will share some of my post production knowledge with you and also I have a few product reviews to do before September, so stay tuned to more updates as the journey unfolds.
